Hermit's Branle, a mimed branle

Four doubles LRLR.

Drop hands and turn to the left to end facing outwards from the circle using 3 kicks (RLR) and bring the feet together.

You are a shy Hermit, so cross your arms on your chest, bow your heads and look at your feet (if you can see them :) and:
swing your right toe toward your left foot
swing your left toe toward your right foot while swinging your right toe back to the normal position
swing your right toe toward your left foot while swinging your left toe back to the normal position
swing your right toe back to the normal position.

Look up and turn to the left to end facing inwards using 3 kicks (RLR) and bring the feet together.

Once again you are overcome with shyness. Cross your arms on your chest, bow your heads and look at your feet (if you can see them :) and:
swing your right toe toward your left foot
swing your left toe toward your right foot while swinging your right toe back to the normal position
swing your right toe toward your left foot while swinging your left toe back to the normal position
swing your right toe back to the normal position.

Look up, join hands and do it all again.
